Shipping & Policies

SHIPPING:
All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days.  Customer will be notified via e-mail of any delays.

RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY:
We will accept returns or exchanges of products within 10 business days. If you are not satisfied with your product, contact order@mayicollection.com to receive a return shipping label via e-mail from UPS. Once the item is received we will process your return and refund your purchase. Shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded.
Cancellations to an order can be made before they have shipped. No cancellations can be accepted once the product has been shipped to the customer.


If an item has been damaged in transit, please notify order@mayicollection within 48 hours to receive a shipment return label. A new or repaired item will be shipped once the original has been received.

REPAIRS:
Items that are damaged upon receipt are subject to repairs free of charge. Subsequent repair work charges depend on extent of damage and availability of materials.

GIFT WRAPPING:
All items are packaged in Mayi boxes or suede bags with tissue paper. To include a personalized card with a message please e-mail order@mayicollection with your request.
